LPS started on a runway job in the Gulf. The client wanted P6, the planner had a spreadsheet, the site had a WhatsApp group and no one had the same number. We built the platform that made that stop happening.

We're planners and project controllers by trade — the ones typing weekly commitments into Excel on a Sunday night, chasing constraint owners on a Monday, and answering the client's question about slip on a Tuesday.
The tools we had were either heavyweight desktop schedulers built for a control room, or field apps built for anywhere except construction. The gap in the middle — the thing that made the Last Planner® System work as a routine instead of a workshop — didn't exist.
So we built it. LPS is small on purpose. Every feature has to earn its place against the phone in a foreman's back pocket at 6am.
Four things we won't budge on.
If the field team wrote a progress value at 3pm on Tuesday, no re-imported plan gets to erase it. Every write is on the record; the planner adjudicates in the open.
A one-tap PPC update at 6:45am on a rebar deck matters more than a beautiful Gantt on a screen no engineer sees. We ship for the phone first.
We publish results only from projects the client will sign off on. Fabricated case studies and ghost quotes never make it to the site.
